A collaborative web project that explores the relationship between writers, writing, rooms, mentors, communities, and the institutions that we engage with. Taking its cue from Woolf’s A Room of One’s Own, we seek information about the lives of such people in various stages of their writing lives (from emerging to retiring) with an emphasis on LGBQT+ and writers who don’t claim or are not claimed by mainstream rubrics.
